14 Days and Counting

We're down to the final countdown, and the tour packet arrived yesterday which is always cause for great rejoicing. Speedo* was so excited he almost missed his nap! Now we know where we will be staying (9 hotels before we go off on our own) and how many people will be in the group (21, plus the two of us and the leader and driver.) As far as I know, I will be the only person driving a rental car -- everybody else cycles from town to town. Here is a photo of one of the hotels; I'll post pix of the others as we check into each. One of the first things I do is Google every single participant (I want to know as much as I can about anyone with whom I'll be spending 15 days!) Lots of Californians, a few Canadians, others from Oregon, Arizona, Minnesota, Washington. There's another couple from Colorado -- as far as I can tell, the husband is a psychiatrist. That should be useful...
